Ok, so you already own a home

Owning a home is often associated with achieving or living the American Dream, and I agree.  But what I have noticed over the years is that people, when I ask if I can help find a new home, often reply, I already have one.  Which leads me ask, why would you only want one?  It’s not that we need multiple homes for our personal use, but consider the financial benefits of owning investment properties to build wealth for your future.  Can you think of anything better then having someone else, (a tenant) pay off your mortgage?  Don’t sell yourself short by thinking that achieving the American Dream has a limit of owning just one home.
